Do I need BaseLinker to use Selnio?
No. Selnio runs on its own, with its own catalog, orders and shipping. If you already use BaseLinker, connecting it gives you a two-way sync and keeps your current automations.
Can I keep my existing store?
Yes. You can run Selnio next to your current store and only use the multichannel part. Connectors for Shoper, WooCommerce and PrestaShop are on the roadmap.
When can I start?
We are onboarding early access accounts in waves. Join the list and we will get in touch with a date and a short onboarding call.
How does pricing work?
Early access is free. After launch there is no subscription: you top up credits and pay per order and per connected channel. Exact rates are published before public launch.
Which channels are available at launch?
Your own store, TikTok Shop and Allegro, plus BaseLinker. Amazon, YouTube Shopping, Google Merchant Center and InPost Von Halsky follow after launch.
Can I sell outside Poland?
The storefront is available in Polish and English, and EU shipping works from day one. Automatic listing translations for other markets are planned.
